About Pagoda Travel
Pagoda is a peer-vetted B2B marketplace launching in December 2025 that connects travel agents with private tour guides across Asia.

After two years of successful manual operations serving 30+ satisfied agents, we’re now scaling what works — building a platform that makes it effortless for travel advisors to discover, price, and book private tours, while helping local guides gain visibility and higher income.

We’re already profitable, have strong product–market fit, and are now expanding through partnerships with host agencies and independent agents.

The Role
We’re looking for a Customer Success Lead (Commission-Only) to help grow the agent network that powers Pagoda.

You’ll recruit and onboard travel agents, help them make their first bookings, and earn commissions for every success. This role is perfect for someone with strong industry connections — a connector, mentor, and go-getter who knows how to get agents engaged and productive. Top performers will have the opportunity to move into a VP of Customer Lifecycle or Partnerships role as we scale into 2026.

Compensation

Individual Agents
$100 for every verified travel agent onboarded to Pagoda Pro
+$100 when that agent completes their first booking
+$500 bonus for every 25 onboarded agents (bookings not required)

Host Agencies
$1,000 when a host agency signs an agreement and 10 of their agents are onboarded
+$25 per additional active agent beyond the first 10
+$1,000 bonus when 50 agents under that host agency complete their first bookings
✅ No caps, no quotas — truly unlimited earning potential.

What You’ll Do

Identify and reach out to independent agents, host agencies, and travel networks
- Present Pagoda’s value proposition clearly and confidently
- Guide new agents through onboarding and first-booking setup
- Maintain relationships and follow up to ensure activation
- Gather and share field feedback to improve training and platform tools

Growth Path

- Team Lead — build and manage regional reps or success partners
- Long-term revenue sharing as a senior team member
